All real estate courses are sponsored by the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate. These courses will be held at the Ramada Inn, 357 Odlin Road in Bangor (near the airport). Please note these are considered pre-licensing courses and, as such, attendance at every class is mandatory. Arrange your schedule accordingly!
Students traveling long distances: The Ramada Inn reserves a block of rooms for our students at a discounted rate, particularly for the weekend courses. Sales Agent Course
Winter Course will start on Wednesday evening, January 25 … then meet for three and a half weekends and a final exam on Wednesday evening, February 22.
Spring Course will start on Wednesday evening, March 29… then meet for three and a half weekends and a final exam on Wednesday evening, April 26.
Fall Course will start on Wednesday evening, September 13… then meet for three and a half weekends and a final exam on Wednesday evening, October 11.
Associate Broker Course
Spring Course will be a weekday course. First class starts on Wednesday, March 29 and meets for eight weeks ending with a final exam on May 10.
Fall Course will be a weekend course for those who work full-time and are unable to complete the weekday version. First class starts on Saturday, October 14 and meets for four weekends ending with a final exam on Sunday, November 5.
NOTE: Sales agents taking the Associate Broker Course are required to turn in their completed Documented Field Experience Forms before completion of the course.
